Operational Leadership Role

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Operational Leader to join our team at Cpl Healthcare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets, sales budgets, and KPIs.
- Manage and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and training skills.
- Analyze market trends, visit local competitors' stores, and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, train staff, and promote a positive store environment.
- Maintain health and safety standards, including security protocols and risk management.
- Manage profit and loss accounts, store KPIs, cash handling, and accountability for stock takes and discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Manager or high-level Assistant Manager in the Heating & Plumbing trade industry.
- Excellent customer service, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Business acumen, change orientation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and share knowledge.
