At our Dublin-based practice, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead our Education Sector projects across Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects while fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large-scale projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the preparation of presentations, statutory permissions, tender and construction documentation/specifications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project partners.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business growth and development objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of full professional membership with RIAI/RIBA or equivalent.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience at Senior Management/Project Director level.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering inspirational teaching and learning spaces that meet Department of Education standards and specifications.
  • Full knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, including BC(A)R process, and acting as Design Certifier.
  • Experience in administering professional services and construction contracts, including Public Works Contract Administration (PW-CF1 or/and PW-CF2, NEC4) and D&B contract.
