We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced catering support team member to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our catering team, ensuring that all kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently. This will involve working on the main wash-up area and heavy-duty pot wash, general day-to-day cleaning of the kitchen, and assisting the chefs with daily tasks.

You will also be responsible for goods in and goods out, stock control and stock rotation, deep cleaning procedures, and maintaining the highest level of cleanliness throughout the day.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. At least five years' experience working in a hospital or nursing kitchen setting, or a high-volume catering commercial background.
  2. Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
  3. Able to adapt to working in a new healthcare kitchen environment.
  4. Two valid working references.
  5. Valid work permits to work full-time in Ireland with no restrictions.
  6. Flexible with working hours.
