  4. Support recruitment activities for various contract needs across multiple sites, aligning with business objectives.
  5. Maintain accurate project records and manage multi-site responsibilities, adhering to health, safety, and compliance standards.
  6. Uphold a professional image to clients, staff, and colleagues, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in administrative or customer support roles, ideally within Facilities Management.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Clear communication skills and capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in using various software platforms and tools.
