Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for Managers on all HR related activities and support them in managing personnel effectively.
  • Provide guidance to leaders across multiple regional locations, enhancing their knowledge and skills in employee relations.
  • Support leaders with employee relations issues, including absence management, disciplinary procedures, grievances, performance management, and probationary periods.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for all regional locations in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to join our team as an HR Business Partner. Key requirements include:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience as an HR Generalist or HR Partner, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • A relevant HR-related third-level qualification and/or CIPD certification.
  • Proven experience in Employee Relations/Industrial Relations, including arranging, preparing, supporting, and leading Employee relations-related meetings.
  • Prior experience working with senior stakeholders at a strategic level in a HR capacity.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Ideal experience working in a multi-site environment.
  • Flexibility with working hours and willingness to travel across Ireland to various sites.
