About The Role

This exciting opportunity will see you take on the role of a senior auditor, working closely with an experienced team to deliver high-quality audits for clients across various sectors.

As part of this forward-thinking and fast-paced firm, you will be fully immersed in the process of planning and executing audits, developing your skills and progressing within the business.

You will be responsible for leading onsite audit teams, attending client meetings and cultivating long-lasting relationships with clients. Your excellent communication skills and ability to get to know clients' businesses will enable you to deliver exceptional results and wow clients daily.

  • Lead onsite audit teams to deliver high-quality audits by planning, controlling and reviewing work.
  • Attend client audit planning meetings to discuss and agree on audit plans.
  • Cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients by getting to know their business and delivering great experiences.
  • Coach, lead and develop a team of trainees and semi-seniors, helping them grow and progress within the business.
Key Responsibilities
  • Get fully involved in the audit process, from planning to execution.
  • Plan, control and review onsite audits to ensure they are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Lead and motivate a team of trainees and semi-seniors, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA or CPA qualification with at least 0-2 years post-qualification experience.
  • Experience working in audit in an Irish or UK practice environment and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of FRS 102 and IFRS.
  • Tech-savvy with a knowledge of CaseWare desirable.
  • Thrives in a collaborative and progressive environment.
  • Fantastic communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
