Technical UI Director

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UI Engineer to join our team. As a global leader in healthcare, we deliver care and services to millions of people worldwide.
">Key Responsibilities">
- Closely work with the Product and UX design teams to develop UI/UX designs.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in UI technologies such as Typescript, React & HTML.
- Develop prototypes to illustrate UI concepts and guide the team.
- Conduct code reviews providing constructive feedback and troubleshoot and debug UI-related issues.
- Implement effective solutions in a timely manner and continuously evaluate and improve the quality of our products.
">Requirements">
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- Strong software product development experience working on commercially available software products.
- Practical experience of delivering high-quality production software using React & Typescript/Javascript running on Node JS.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS and front-end frameworks preferably React.
- Familiarity with UI testing frameworks like Jest and test-driven development methodologies.
- Working Knowledge on public clouds like Azure, AWS, Google Cloud and developing applications on Linux environments.
- Proven track record of advocating for driving new technology across the organization via the creation of communities and publishing components for reuse.
- Experience in operating in a quickly changing environment and driving technological innovation to meet business requirements.
- Experience in using modern software engineering and product development processes including Agile / Scrum, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Dev Ops etc.
">Preferred Qualifications">
- Experience with UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD or Figma.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as git.
- Practical experience of developing solutions hosted within one of the major cloud providers (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud).
- Prior experience in lead/senior software engineer role.
- Good understanding of Microservices architecture.
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent time management, communication, decision making, and presentation skills.
