This exciting opportunity calls for a seasoned Clinical Nurse Manager or Enhanced ICU Nurse with a passion for leading high-performing teams and driving service excellence.
- The successful candidate must have at least five years of recent relevant post-registration nursing experience in an acute hospital setting and a minimum of three years of nursing experience in Intensive Care.
- A minimum of three years' experience in ICU management is preferred.
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification is required, or pursuit of same.
- Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team is critical.
- Possession of a Health Care Management qualification, preferably at third level, would be advantageous.
- A recognised post-registration nursing course, such as a Higher Diploma or Post Grad course in Intensive Care nursing, is highly desirable or currently being pursued.
