Pharmacy Technician Role

As a skilled pharmacy technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dispensary.

  1. You will assist our pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescriptions to patients, maintaining accurate records and adhering to strict quality control measures.
  2. Your excellent communication skills and warm demeanor will shine through as you answer phone calls, respond to inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  3. You will be responsible for managing prescribed dosages, handling paperwork and monthly claims with ease and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • A high level of reliability and willingness to take on new challenges are essential for this role.
  • You should hold a higher certificate in Pharmacy Technician studies (IPU course) or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience as an Irish Pharmacy Technician would be highly desirable.
Working Conditions:
  • This is a permanent full-time position, working 4-5 days per week with no Sundays or Bank Holidays.
  • Occasional Saturday shifts may be required.
  • We utilize the MPS dispensing system to streamline our operations.
