Corporate Trust Operations Specialist

As a key member of the TN Ireland team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional operational support to our Corporate Trust business partners. Your primary focus will be on analyzing and interpreting account details and incoming documentation from internal business partners and bondholders to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze and interpret Corporate Trust account details and incoming documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all work.
  2. Process new account setups, adjustments to existing accounts, transfers of ownership and/or payments through data entry for Corporate Trust customers.
  3. Support projects impacting the Corporate Trust Operations team by executing defined test plans.
  4. Provide training to less experienced personnel.
  5. Research and resolve complex operational discrepancies in response to inquiries from bondholders and business partners.

Key skills required for this role include strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under time constraints while maintaining accuracy.
