We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a data annotation specialist. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in coping with fast-paced, high-pressure roles in changing business environments.
The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, flexibility, and analytical thinking. They will be able to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple activities simultaneously.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Annotate English data accurately and consistently, adhering to predefined guidelines.
- Evaluate the quality of existing data resources and output from machine learning classifiers and internal tools.
- Develop, implement, and maintain guidelines and procedures for consistent, high-quality classification and content creation and organization.
- Perform basic research as needed to annotate accurately.
- Provide feedback on annotation tasks and contribute to continuous improvement of data annotation processes.
- Research new entity categories and best practices for organizing them.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High Proficiency in English – C1 Level minimum as per the CEFR.
- Educational background: Degree Level 7 & above.
- Understanding common social norms (Social dynamics, social media, popular culture).
- Ability to efficiently work to specified project delivery deadlines.
- Communication & interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Must be a good team player.
- Flexible and innovative.
