Design Build Search is seeking an experienced professional to oversee the exterior façade of large-scale residential and commercial projects in North Dublin.

Our client, a reputable tier 1 main contractor with a 70-year project portfolio, requires a skilled individual to manage daily operations, plan and program the façade construction schedule, and ensure compliance with employment requirements and project specifications.

About the Role
  • Supporting the project manager with daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Managing technical submittals, tracking sign-offs, and approvals for the façade scope.
  • Coordinating sample procurement, testing regimes, and logistics for façade materials.
  • Ensuring all safety files, operation manuals, and quality checklists are compiled and handed over to clients' representatives.

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position requiring extensive experience in managing façade projects, strong sub-contractor management skills, and excellent communication abilities.
