
Senior Quality and Compliance Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead quality and governance initiatives across our nursing home group. As Regional Quality and Governance Lead, you will champion best practice, regulatory compliance, and resident-focused care.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Nursing Home Managers to drive quality and governance excellence
- Develop and implement quality assurance systems, audits, and improvement plans
- Serve as subject matter expert on governance, compliance, and regulatory updates
- Conduct audits, provide feedback, and oversee corrective actions
- Review and implement policies and procedures
- Mentor staff in clinical governance and compliance best practices
- Monitor safeguarding, incident reporting, risk registers, and complaints
- Prepare quality and compliance reports for the Executive Team and Board
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A Registered Nurse qualification with current NMBI registration
- A postgraduate qualification in healthcare management, quality improvement, or clinical governance
- At least 35 years of experience in a healthcare quality, governance, or compliance role
- Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and person-centred care frameworks
- Experience in auditing, risk management, and compliance reporting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
- A full Irish driver's license and willingness to travel
