Manufacturing Automation Software Developer Position

Innovative software design and development opportunities await in our manufacturing automation team. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a pivotal role in producing cutting-edge design solutions for various manufacturing environments.
The Role
- Design and develop software solutions for large-scale automation projects, focusing on motion control, robotics, and integrating third-party equipment.
- Ensure software solutions adhere to industry standards and codes of practice.
- Research and implement new technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the machine build team during build and debug phases.
The Person
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent field.
- Programming experience with PLCs/HMI, preferably Rockwell's suite but knowledge of Mitsubishi, Siemens, B&R, and Codesys is beneficial.
- Script-based programming expertise.
- Familiarity with robotics, AI, and machine learning concepts.
- Strong understanding of motion control and 6-axis robot systems.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
