Senior Bar Person Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Bar Person. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment, with outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a thorough working knowledge of the food and drinks on our menus, making recommendations, and up-selling and maximising sales revenue whenever and wherever possible. Additionally, they will complete daily and weekly cleaning checklists to ensure high standards of hygiene at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee a friendly and efficient service to hotel guests and customers in our Bar, Restaurant, and Function rooms.
• Ensure a good working knowledge of the food and drinks on our menus and make recommendations.
• Be friendly, courteous, and professional at all times.
• Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning checklists to ensure high standards of hygiene.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years' experience (full-time) in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be flexible between all Food and Beverage Services.
• Must be flexible in terms of days and evenings.
• Be a great team player.
• Excellent English Skills: Personality Efficiency Experience
