About the Role

The Client Care Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of client care and support, fostering a positive and collaborative environment, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of client services.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams and coordinating scheduling to meet client requirements.

  • Supervise and support a team of caregivers to ensure compliance with care plans and service standards.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of client needs and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate scheduling and allocate resources effectively to meet client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care and staff performance.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A QQI level 5(major award) qualification in a Healthcare related field and Level 6 certified
  • Relevant health or social care background
  • Caring and empathetic nature
  • Experience within homecare/healthcare desirable
  • Full clean driving licence and own car
