Exciting Opportunity in Customer Service

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a retail sales associate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing support to customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cashier areas
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and mobile payments
  • Support colleagues with daily tasks, such as receiving shipments, restocking shelves, and executing visual merchandising displays
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure an appealing and well-stocked store environment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or prior retail experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods, with regular bending, kneeling, and stooping
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
