Mid Market Account Executive

We are seeking a skilled Mid Market Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the mid market segment.

This role involves engaging directly with small to medium sized businesses, helping them to grow and increase their usage of our platform over time. You will use proactive and inbound selling strategies to find and close new business, while also increasing customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly business plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, research, and networking.

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.

  • Professional fluency in English and French.

  • Experience working in a complex sales environment.

  • A proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
