A Private Equity Fund Accounting Manager is required to manage the closed end fund accounting process within established guidelines and procedures. The role involves timely and accurate delivery of NAV calculations, assisting in client relationship development, and requiring a detailed understanding of service requirements for closed end fund administration.

Key Responsibilities include day-to-day management of the Private Equity team, including capital call and distribution processing, investor allocations, waterfall creation and maintenance, performance reporting, net asset value calculations, and financial statements preparation. Additionally, the role involves managing client relationships, ensuring consistency of service, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to be flexible and work effectively within a team structure or independently, and possess strong inter-personal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. A minimum of 5 years' experience working in a Hedge Fund Administration Firm, with at least 2 years at supervisor level, is desired. Alternative Hedge Fund experience may also be considered.
