Job Overview
The Ireland Investor AML Operations team requires a Transfer Agency Professional to complete tasks with guidance from colleagues and line management. This role supports all aspects of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) for investors, following relevant legislation, regulation, and best practices.
This professional will also build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the Northern Trust Transfer Agency and Client Services Departments, to deliver a robust AML service to our clients.
Main Responsibilities
This role involves:
- Organizing team work, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Responding to internal and external inquiries related to AML requirements for investors
- Reviewing procedural requirements and recommending changes where necessary
- Developing training material and leading training sessions within the department
- Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
Key Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as technical knowledge of Microsoft and Peoplesoft systems. They should also have knowledge of applicable laws and regulations acquired through formal education or experience.
A knowledge of Irish, UK, or Cayman regulations is desirable. Analytical and communication skills are required to analyze and summarize information. Leadership and organizational skills are needed to prioritize assignments and provide feedback to staff.
