Job Title: Quality Assurance Associate
Job DescriptionAs a key member of our team, you will support the development and maintenance of our Pharmaceutical Quality System. This role is responsible for managing change controls, generating and communicating Change Control KPIs, and overseeing quality system elements.
We are looking for a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams internally and externally to ensure compliance with quality agreements and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Process daily change controls by collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure compliance with quality agreements and procedures.
- Provide feedback on partner approvals and expected approval dates to the change control team.
- Ensure requested information is provided to partners and manage the change control tracker daily.
- Organize weekly change control meetings and ad-hoc meetings as required.
- Update and communicate Change Control KPIs regularly.
- Support product quality complaints processing.
- Approve pre-approved documents as needed.
- Process documents through eQMS and administer eQMS systems.
- Generate KPIs and assist with quality projects as necessary.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of QMS administration experience, preferably in change control, complaints, or documentation control.
- Degree or diploma in a science-based subject.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience working within cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
