Spa Therapist Role

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of our spa team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest care and contributing to the overall success of our spa.

You will work closely with our talented team to provide first-class hospitality to our guests. Your primary objective will be to maintain a high level of knowledge about treatments, services, and prices offered in the spa, including seasonal promotions and offers.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional results. If you have a passion for customer service, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow with us, we would love to hear from you.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement departmental SOPs consistently, adhering to Health and Safety standards while carrying out treatments
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of treatments, services, and prices offered in the spa, including seasonal promotions and offers
  • Liaise directly with the Spa Manager on sales targets and record daily sales figures accurately
  • Ensure treatment rooms operate efficiently with regular cleaning taking place and treatments carried out to meet 5* guest expectations
