MES Engineer Job Role

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for the implementation and management of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

The MES Engineer will be working closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MES systems and processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing recipe authoring activities to guarantee accurate MES content and changes align with facility objectives.
  • Participating in testing and validation of MES recipes and related configuration.
  • Collaborating in the creation of MES deliverables such as design documents and validation activities.
  • Developing MES recipes to corporate design standards.
  • Managing MES system administration to third-party interfaces e.g., SAP/LIMS/DeltaV.
  • Executing MES System Syncade build Equipment, Material management, Reports, Inventory Management.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Life Sciences.

Candidates should have extensive experience as an MES Engineer and proficiency in communicating and collaborating at various levels.

Strong organisational and planning skills are required, along with problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management ability.

A proven track record of working well in a team environment with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs is essential.
