Business Analyst - Healthcare Economic Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative healthcare economic strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, economics, or a related field, with experience in data analysis and business operations.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, analyzing large datasets, and integrating data from various sources. They will also lead ad-hoc analysis and projects as needed, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to provide actionable insights for executive-level decision-making
  • Act as primary point of contact for key stakeholders, communicating strategic recommendations and deliverables
  • Contribute to ongoing innovation of analytical capabilities, refining financial models, conducting pilots, and gathering customer feedback
  • Maintain the quality and integrity of all analytical capabilities by monitoring key metrics and trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven extensive experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or a related field, including leadership positions managing healthcare data or analytics teams
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in major statistical and data analysis tools such as SQL
  • Familiarity with applicable regulations and standards in risk management relevant to the industry
