Key Responsibilities:

  • Care Delivery: Lead a team of caregivers to deliver high-quality care to children, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Staff Development: Supervise and develop staff members, providing training, support, and performance management to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Communication: Foster strong relationships with parents, social workers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 8 degree in Social Care or related field.
  • 5 years' experience working in a social care environment with children.
  • A full clean driving license and access to a car.
