Clinical Project Lead

Key responsibilities include overseeing the planning, execution, and closure of clinical trials. A Clinical Project Lead will work closely with cross-functional study teams to ensure that projects are completed efficiently, effectively, and within scope.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Developing and executing local, regional, and global clinical trials plans
  • Partnering with organizations for affiliate, site, and investigator training
  • Coordinating cross-functional study teams throughout trial implementation, execution, and closure
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Managing relationships and serving as a single point of contact for trial communication

Requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelors or University degree in a scientific or health-related field
  • Clinical trial experience with a strong working knowledge of the clinical research process
  • Applied knowledge of clinical project management methodology and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-culturally with global colleagues
  • Strong leadership, networking, communication, self-management, and organizational skills
