Leadership Position

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead our hotel operations, drive performance and excellence in customer service. The successful candidate will play a key role in mentoring staff, coaching on training and development, and setting high standards for outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor junior staff and management team to deliver exceptional service
  • Oversee daily hotel operations with strong presence, providing hands-on support and resolving escalated queries
  • Deliver excellence in customer service, ensuring every guest experience is of the highest standard
  • Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to decisions on expansion and refurbishment plans
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop innovative ideas that drive revenue growth and enhance market presence

  • Proven ability to manage payroll budgets and reduce costs through efficient time and attendance management
  • Experience in creating and rolling out SOPs, carrying out training for new and existing staff

About Us

Our 4-star family-owned hotel in central Sligo offers a warm and welcoming guest experience. Located along the Garavogue river, we pride ourselves on creating a friendly and memorable stay for every guest. We are currently expanding our property with 56 new bedrooms due to open in Q2 2027.
