Signage Project Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Signage Project Manager to oversee various sign projects, ensuring they meet customer requirements on time and to a high standard.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate production workloads and sign installations
- Develop quotations, manage client relationships, and ensure sign projects are completed efficiently
- Maintain and grow customer accounts by delivering exceptional customer service
- Organize client appointments, site visits, and surveys
- Presentation of creative sign solutions, designs, and visuals for sign projects
- Optimize workflow processes for design, production, and installation
Key Qualifications:
- Proven knowledge of signage products and 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and project management skills
- Familiarity with workflow systems and software, including Clarity Management Software
- Design software knowledge is an advantage
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
