Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Social Care Professional to join our team as a Person in Charge. In this role, you will be responsible for managing residential services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and leading a team of dedicated professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide highest possible standards of support to service users
  • Act as Person in Charge for existing services
  • Maintain compliance with Department of Health Regulations and HIQA Standards
  • Manage residential services effectively
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for improving service delivery

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience within a Social Care Setting
  • A professional degree (min level 7) in Social Care or relevant qualification
  • Experience in managing residential services
  • Level 6 management qualification
  • Full driving license and access to own transport
  • Working knowledge of legislation and HIQA standards of care
