Lead Solution Architect for Life Science Segment

As a seasoned technology leader, you will spearhead the development of innovative solutions to drive growth and profitability in our Life Science segment.


Job Description

This role is responsible for driving technical innovation in strategic segments, leveraging your expertise in solution design, greenfield projects, and brownfield renovations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and 3rd party vendors to define, develop, and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in turnkey projects, delivering validated projects and technical sales support roles.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC design for Aseptic, Clean Room & Pharma manufacturing.
  • Experience with solution design for greenfield major projects & brownfield renovations.
  • Knowledge of Life Sciences Industry regulatory requirements, including regional regulations.
  • Excellent experience with integrated Facility design using IoT.
  • Strong public speaking capability and experience.
