This Senior Construction Manager Lead role offers a competitive day rate and involves overseeing civil projects, including transition into a Site Manager position. The ideal candidate will lead and motivate contractor teams to achieve Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage civil construction projects, including transition into a Site Manager position.
  • Lead and encourage contractor teams to achieve HSEQ goals.
  • Define and manage Civil Project scope, encompassing design scope and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
  • Ensure effective civil change management and cost control.
  • Support subcontractor negotiations and contract administration.

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Manager Lead with strong experience in civil construction management and project leadership, preferably with an EPC/Leading Civil Subcontractor background. Experience within the Energy from Waste or similar industries is highly desirable.
