About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of our retail team. As a store colleague, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by offering helpful and knowledgeable assistance.

You will play a key role in maintaining the sales floor, ensuring it remains clean, tidy and safe for both colleagues and customers. Your tasks will also include unloading stock deliveries and potentially supporting other areas of the store as needed.

We are seeking a flexible and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about working in a fast-paced retail environment. If you have previous retail experience, this would be beneficial but not essential. The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively as part of a team and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers and colleagues alike.
  • Maintain the sales floor, ensuring it remains clean, tidy and safe at all times.
  • Unload stock deliveries and manage inventory levels effectively.
  • Support other areas of the store as required, contributing to the overall success of the business.
Requirements
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Previous retail experience is advantageous but not essential.
