Structural Project Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Structural Project Engineer to join our dynamic team as a project-level engineer.

  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and assessments.
  • Design buildings, bridges, and other structures, including overseeing tasks delegated to engineers and graduate engineers.
  • Handle complex designs such as foundations, transfer structures, beams, and slabs.
  • Prepare calculation packages for hand-based and computer-based designs and check calculations carried out by engineers and graduate engineers.
  • Develop specification documents.
  • Oversee the preparation of technical reports and collaborate with other disciplines and stakeholders.
  • Supervise the development of drawings, review models, and coordinate with other disciplines.
  • Effective communication with design team members.
  • Follow quality management procedures, including timesheet management and mentoring junior team members in QMS procedures.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines.
  • Prepare risk assessment forms and liaise with project managers.
  • Conduct site inspections and assist in certification preparations.
Requirements:
  • Degree Level 8 in Civil Engineering or higher, preferably with a focus on Structural Engineering in the syllabus.
  • Between 8 and 10 years of relevant experience.
