At Hunter Savage, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to lead our maintenance programme at our Ashbourne facility. This key role will report directly to the Engineering Manager and be responsible for ensuring world-class maintenance and reliability across production systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities to maximise uptime and efficiency.
- Oversee a team of maintenance professionals, ensuring objectives and expectations are met.
- Utilise CMMS (Maximo) to optimise maintenance processes and reporting.
- Drive improvements in maintenance effectiveness, including preventive strategies, parts inventory management, and data analysis.
- Manage contractors and ensure all external work is completed to the required standards.
- Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a maintenance planning/scheduling role within an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of CMMS systems, production maintenance, and site facilities management.
- Third-level qualification in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent training.
- Proven experience leading teams and driving maintenance performance.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
