Medical Scientist Role: This is a challenging opportunity to work with Ireland's leading HSE hospital in Sligo. As a Staff Grade Medical Scientist, you will provide scientific support in haematology and blood transfusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality laboratory results and technical expertise in haematology and blood transfusion.
- Develop new methods and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for effective communication and coordination of patient care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of laboratory results and activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- CORU registration is mandatory.
- A minimum of one year post-qualification experience is desirable.
- Experience in haematology/blood transfusion is essential.
- A valid visa or right to work in Ireland is required.
