**Overview:**

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the electrical aspects of construction projects, including pre-contract and post-contract duties.

**Responsibilities:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing electrical packages from inception to completion
  • Providing advice on building economics and tendering procedures
  • Preparing capital cost estimates and pricing documents for tender packages

**Qualifications and Experience:**

  • Quantity Surveying Degree required
  • Mechanical and or Electrical QS experience necessary
  • Chartered (or close to Chartership) with SCSI
  • Minimum of 8+ years experience in a consultant environment carrying out pre and post contract duties
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to produce accurate work to project deadlines
