Executive Baker

Key to success in our kitchen environment lies in creating visually appealing pastries, desserts and breads. In this role of Executive Baker, you will be responsible for assisting senior chefs in the preparation and baking of various sweet and savory items.

• Assist senior chefs in preparation and baking of pastries, desserts and breads
• Support kitchen operations including food prep, plating and maintaining cleanliness
• Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with health regulations

The ideal candidate must have a passion for working with food and excellent organizational skills. Previous experience in pastry or kitchen work is preferred but not required as comprehensive training will be provided. We are looking for an individual who can work well under pressure, has attention to detail and team-work spirit.
