Early Years Childcare Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Years Childcare Professional to join our team. As an integral member of our childcare service, you will be responsible for providing high-quality day care to children in a holistic setting.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Support and assist in the provision of full-time day care to children of all ages, promoting their emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development through play-based activities and learning experiences. Conduct observations and learning stories for assigned children to track their progress and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans that align with Aistear and Siolta principles. Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Minimum Fetac Level 5 (or recognized equivalent) in a childcare qualification is required. Previous experience in a childcare role is highly desirable. Passion for working with children and excellent communication skills are essential. English language proficiency is mandatory.
