Job Description
The Senior Safety Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing the construction safety strategy, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and implementing HSE-plans, work permits, SPA, JSA, and TRA;
- Conducting risk assessments and reviews;
- Maintaining accurate safety records;
- Coaching and mentoring team members on safety procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with at least five years of experience in construction safety management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with familiarity with MS Office, are essential for this role.
