The Role

\

The Audit practice provides quality audit assurance and advisory services across diverse industries and markets, including multinational corporations in the financial services sector and smaller businesses.

\

The Audit Senior plans, organizes, and oversees all facets of the audit engagement, presenting the completed work for evaluation by the Engagement Manager and/or Partner.

\

  • Supports the formulation of the audit plan, including staffing allocation and deadline establishment.\
  • Participates in client audit planning meetings.\
  • Creates financial statements and produces high-quality work papers.\
  • Strategically plans, oversees, and assesses the audit team's activities.\
  • Efficiently deploys and delegates tasks to staff members.\
  • Takes on coaching and providing feedback to trainees.\
  • Meets time budgets and deadlines.

About You

Requirements include:

  • A certified accountant with a notable academic background.\
  • Robust oral and written communication skills, with emphasis on comprehensive business reports.\
  • A steadfast dedication to upholding professional standards and delivering exceptional client service.\
  • A profound understanding of auditing practices in consumer business, technology sectors, property, and manufacturing.\
  • Proficiency in Irish GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP.\
  • A tertiary-level degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
