We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the position of Coffee Connoisseur.

About the Position:

• This role involves preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks with precision and flair.
• The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience that meets their expectations.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is crucial in this role, adhering to food safety and health regulations at all times.
• The selected individual will be required to operate espresso machines, grinders, and other barista equipment effectively and efficiently.
• Assisting with stock management, including inventory control and ordering supplies, is an essential part of this job.
• Accurate handling of cash and card transactions is also expected.
• The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista or similar role is necessary.
• A genuine passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer service is a must.
• The ability to work early morning shifts and weekends is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently is a key requirement.
