Site Management Vacancy

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join our team.

  • This role will be based in Dublin and will offer the opportunity to work on a range of high profile projects across our growing portfolio.
  • The successful candidate will have 3-5 years experience in a similar role, with strong planning, scheduling and resource management skills.
  • They will be responsible for leading on site mechanical teams, overseeing project scheduling and planning activities, and managing all site resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on site mechanical teams to ensure all project requirements and deadlines are met
  • Oversee project scheduling and planning activities
  • Liaise with site managers, project teams and attend client/sub-contractor meetings
  • Manage all site resources, including direct labour crews and subcontractors
  • Coordinate material orders and ensure timely delivery to site
  • Monitor progress and maintain high standards of work quality throughout the contract
  • Ensure strict adherence to the projects Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) plan

Requirements:

  • The successful candidate must have 3-5 years experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience managing mechanical teams and delivering construction projects
  • Strong planning, scheduling and resource management skills
  • Ability to coordinate with clients, subcontractors and site teams effectively
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems, material procurement and site logistics
  • Familiarity with EHS standards, quality control and contract compliance
  • Good communication skills and a full driving license with flexibility to travel
