Business Development Manager - Mergers and Acquisitions

This position involves spearheading strategic growth initiatives, focusing on acquisitions within the Irish market.

The ideal candidate will drive business expansion plans into Ireland while supporting the UK team's efforts to acquire Irish companies.

  • Develop targeted acquisition strategies through high-level engagements with senior executives and business owners.
  • Closely collaborate with the M&A team to prepare presentations and reports based on market research findings.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, engaging in meaningful conversations to convert leads into opportunities.

To succeed in this role, the candidate should possess a solid background in commercial business development, preferably from an M&A or deal origination context. Excellent communication skills are also essential.

Remote work is expected with occasional travel to Dublin and Birmingham.
