About the Job

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in West Dublin.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction contracts, cost control, and procurement processes, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, with structured career progression available.

Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Prepare and evaluate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for our projects.
  • Contract Management: Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely procurement of materials and services.
  • Project Coordination: Monitor project costs and progress, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying within the Civil Engineering sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
