Care Provider and Support Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to provide care to people who need support in our service. The successful candidate will be provided with all necessary training and development to excel in this role.
- The ideal candidate must have a passion for engaging with service users on a daily basis, while contributing to enriching their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
The Role of a Social Care Worker and Assistant Support Worker is to provide high-quality care to service users. This includes supporting them with their daily plans, living skills, education, and personal outcomes.
- Supporting service users whilst in the community, including attending appointments, family visits, etc.
- Maintaining professional working relationships with team members and service users.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- No qualification required for Assistant Support Worker (all necessary training provided).
- Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline for Social Care Workers (registered with CORU).
- Good attitude to work and a passion for supporting people.
- A Full Driver's Licence is required or in the process of achieving one.
