Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of multiple projects from planning and procurement through to execution and completion.
  • Contract Oversight: Manage all contract requirements including negotiations terms and conditions risk assessment and contract compliance.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets and expenditures implementing cost-control measures to meet financial targets.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and maintain project schedules ensuring timely progress by coordinating with site teams subcontractors suppliers and clients.
  • Quality Assurance: Enforce quality standards ensuring all work complies with relevant specifications safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Promote a culture of safety across all sites ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and practices.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring clear communication and managing expectations regarding project milestones and deliverables.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in construction management in Ireland.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction contracts procurement processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong budgeting financial management and risk assessment skills.
  • Excellent organizational problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in project management software and MS Office suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites within the Midlands region.
