Commercial Finance Expert Sought

We are looking for a skilled Commercial Finance expert to provide commercial and financial support to our Corporate customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

The role will involve managing all financial aspects relevant to this area of our business, including contract maintenance, internal and external reporting, process optimisation, commercial analysis, and more.

  • Provide commercial and financial support to senior commercial owners to aid decision-making.
  • Collaborate with key customer contacts to analyse information needs and deliver as needed.
  • Ensure optimum service delivery levels and customer satisfaction for customer contract support provided by the Commercial Finance function.
  • Assess and streamline all financial processes related to Corporate customers, identifying areas for automation or streamlining.
  • Develop business requirements through interviews and document analysis, and operate as a key link between the Commercial Finance and Business Technology teams.
  • Support governance, control, and automation of pricing activities for Corporate customers.
  • Identify, own, and develop commercial KPIs and related dashboards and reports to drive commercial performance.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent commercial acumen.
  • Highly competent in MS Excel and database systems.
  • Excellent communication, self-starter, and project management skills.
  • Third-level qualification or equivalent in Business, Finance, or other relevant discipline.
  • Food service industry experience an advantage but not essential.
  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferable.
