Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to fill the role of Guest Experience Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless interactions across various resort departments.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to meet the needs of our discerning guests.

  • Prior to arrival, assist guests with planning their itinerary, ensuring all preferences are accurately noted and shared with relevant teams.
  • Answer incoming guest communications via phone and email, providing timely and effective responses.
  • Review guest history (if available) from previous visits, highlighting preferences and needs, and ensuring requests are fulfilled prior to their stay.
  • Support Guest Experience Executives and Butlers in delivering bespoke services to each guest during their stay.
  • Coordinate special events such as Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day, and Halloween celebrations.
  • Develop and train Guest Experience Executives and Butlers to enhance their skills and deliver exceptional service.
Requirements
