Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to fill the role of Pest Control Technician.

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing our clients from a branch location, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To maintain a high standard of client service by regularly updating your client base.
  • To provide expert guidance and opinion to customers on pest control matters.
  • To complete accurate reports after each call, keeping customers fully informed of actions taken on their premises.
  • To strive for a one-stop solution for customers' pest control needs.
  • To project a professional image by maintaining a clean and well-presented appearance.

No prior expertise in pest control is required as comprehensive training will be provided.

Requirements:

  • Full driving license.
  • A keen interest in pest control with no phobias regarding heights or pests.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize workload.
  • Enthusiasm to engage positively with every customer, smile, greet and identify opportunities for new business.
