Lead Auditor - Asset Management

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to lead our asset management audit team in Dublin or Cork.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading the management of a large and diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality audit work on client engagements.
  • Promoting and overseeing high-quality audit work on client engagements, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintaining and developing strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Servicing and training junior members of the team, promoting their professional development and growth.
  • Developing and presenting business tenders to secure new opportunities for the company.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders on working capital management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.

Requirements and Attributes:

  • Achieved ACA/ACCA qualification, demonstrating expertise in auditing standards and regulations.
  • Minimum 7+ years' experience in financial services auditing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven expertise in AWM Audit, with a deep understanding of Irish GAAP and auditing standards.
  • Demonstrated technical skills in electronic auditing methods, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
  • Able to make professional judgments based on findings, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Portfolio management experience, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical assessment, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
